PAI - Polyamide Imide

Excellent mechanical properties

Due to its excellent mechanical properties, good notch impact resistance and low tendency to creep, Polyamide Imide (PAI) is used for manufacturing parts that can be subjected to heavy loads and require close tolerances at high operating temperatures.

In addition it has good wear resistance and is self-lubricating depending on fillers. PAI is self-extinguishing and has excellent resistance to UV, X-rays and gamma radiation.
