HIPS offers the possibility to process your poster on a polystyrene surface. HIPS is excellent for this because it is a sturdy flat material. The material is often a permanent choice for designers because of the printing options. However, HIPS could also be used as a poster background. HIPS is sturdy, doesn't absorb water and is less sensitive to damage making it perfect for short-term use outdoors throughout the year. Vink Plastics keeps a large stock range of HIPS , which means many designs and sizes are available.

About Foam Board for displays
When a poster is hung in such a way that it has to be lightweight, foam board is an excellent choice. Ex-Cel is a lightly foamed PVC sheet with a satin smooth, super-hard surface. Due to the foamed core of the material, it guarantees a weight saving of no less than 50% compared to its solid counterparts. The impact-resistant strong plate is easy to work with 'normal' tools. As a poster carrier, Ex-Cel is not limited to indoor spaces, it can also be used outdoors, especially due to the temperature range of -20 to 65 degrees.
About PETG for displays
Vivak PETG is known for its great design freedom for designers. Contributing factors are the superior vacuum formability and the excellent mechanical properties. These qualities in combination with the excellent printability ensure that the co-polyester sheet also offers many possibilities for displays. An additional advantage of PETG material is fire safety. It is self-extinguishing and complies with fire class B1. In addition, displays made of PETG are highly impact-resistant and suitable for foodstuffs.
About Polystyrene foam sheet for displays
Foamed polystyrene sheet is one of the lightest sheets available and extremely good for displays thanks to its great printability. The core of foamed polystyrene and a top layer of 'high impact polystyrene' (HIPS) weighs only 2 kilograms per square metre. Despite its light weight it is still stiff and strong. In addition, it has good weathering properties, which means that it can also be used for outdoor displays. Foam sheet is is often seen as the right choice for economic and ecological reasons.
